I have IBS and normally I'm able to ask to use the bathroom whenever I happen to be in the area and in need of one. I was denied one recently simply because I didn't have my membership renewed, meanwhile I'm literally trying to avoid ruining my clothes. No compassion given even when I pointed out half the places they mentioned as alternatives were closed. Keep in mind I do not cause any issues here and otherwise thought this place was actually worth keeping my membership. Definitely not the case anymore.

Began coming here in April 2025. Location had reopened a few months prior after being closed for renovations that took forever. Great place for young and old alike. Teens overrun the place after 3 or 4pm, but better then them hanging in the streets. Good place for a decent workout, but they do need a Leg Press machine and Squat Rack. Haven't been to any of the classes yet. Decent prices 👌
