The building was excellent under the previous management. Regrettably, the situation has deteriorated since the current manager assumed control. He is persistently rude, disrespectful, and unresponsive to even the most fundamental needs of the residents. Many of our neighbors have expressed similar concerns. It is disheartening to witness the decline in management quality adversely affect what was previously a well-managed building. I would not recommend relocating to this building.
It’s was nice but could be better
The new management is not well organized. No response for service requests. The previous managers were very organized and help residents.
We've lived in this apartment since 2018 and have had good service until now. The current management seems indifferent to residents' requests and is very disorganized. Despite paying for parking, our car was still towed. 07-27-2024
