No follow through on issues. Disappointing and have had friends experience the same disappointment.

How do we begin to express our thanks to the folks at St James Place?!! We had a family member in their assisted living apartments for the better part of this year, before she had to move on to hospice care for her final transition. The administrators and care givers were all so helpful, and she could never say enough about how much she appreciated the personal care givers that helped her daily. My dad has lived in the ASSISTED LIVING part of St. James for 2 years and loves it!! He has come out of his shell with so much love and support from all of the team !!! Special shout out to Corrie and Mary, who coordinate so many fun and special outings and events . These ladies have gone above and beyond planning events that have lifted my dad’s spirits!!!!
