Our trash was not picked up this week. I called, left a message and when someone returned my. call today, Thursday, they claimed that the sanitation department was in our neighborhood at 6:00am on Tuesay. I was up at 5:30. No trash truck came through. Nobody's trash on our street was picked up that day. A side note.....the four properties on the street that our trash is picked up from...are corner lots...the trash is put out on the side street. No trash was picked up. Next pickup ...next Tuesday.
Don’t move here. Most disorganized city ever. This new trash system and lack of notice for any changes is ridiculous and I’ll be moving asap.
They are crooks. Winter comes and your bills skyrocket. Don't come to St james unless you want half of your income to go to eletric and gas bills
Couldn’t go lower than 1 star or I would. Greed without end. 30 years without failing to fail at customer service, unwillingness to work with individuals, and even when you pay their ability to keep the lights on for Saint James they fail grossly and multiply times a year. Update 01-31-2025 Place needs a class action lawsuit filed against it.
