Most awful movers I have had in my life! He is so rude after they get paid. Plus they don't know how to admit their fault and only trying to find a weird point to fight back to the negative reviews. They were supposed to call me back for the details but they didn't so I texted and called many times to get the details but James was out and the staff didn't even know when James will be back exactly. The process went fine until the owner himself wouldn't give me a receipt after I paid, which is a law. And when I asked for one he called me the N word and was very disrespectful and unprofessional and very racist . A few things got broke in the process and he didnt care to hear about any of those things. He also threated to come to my house and fight me if I left a bad review. This is the most God awful company I have ever encountered. Not only did they show up 3 and half hours late. They showed up with a 16 foot truck to do a large home, which took multiple trips, and more time added. But they damaged many large valuable items. And then the company owner and his wife argued about it not being their fault. I later left a review on angies list, and I response the wife contacted me through text message from morning until almost 8 pm constantly. Threatening to sue me and calling me a liar. I so appreciated the flexibility of the St. James Movers company to accommodate a somewhat unusual moving need I had four a 4 bedroom home. They were willing to work on a fast deadline and the two young men who came were skilled, professional, and friendly. I appreciated their work and will happily recommend them to others! Blessings!

St. James moved us to Tampa from Montgomery. From the moment I contacted them until the moment they left Tampa we were in good hands. Communication was great. Our last move was on a truck shared with other shipments and pieces were lost. NOT THIS TIME! The trucks were exclusive to us and the Long Distance price was better as well. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!🇺🇸

St. James Movers is the absolute best! They are professional, skilled, responsive, accommodating, reasonably priced, and so so friendly! There was heavy rain and a tornado watch on the day of my scheduled move, but they were willing to do whatever I wanted -- move that day, postpone to the following day, or reschedule to a date and time that were convenient for me. I had a few items I needed moved from my home to offsite storage. I reached out the day before I wanted the items moved. The crew showed up in the most professional manner. There was a little mishap with a lamp but it was corrected immediately. I’d certainly use them again. May have to use them again in the very near future!!

I had a small move. The crew sent did a terrific job and completed the work on a timely basis. It even cost less than the pre-move estimate! Yes! I do recommend SJM.
