I was seen in the emergency room and I have to say Dr Tuttle was the emergency room doctor on call he went above and beyond to figure out what was going on with me. Took the time to really listen to what I had to say and the nurses, the X-ray department were all wonderful!!!
I was very impressed with the emergency department. Everyone was so kind and caring. And professional and thorough.
We arrived tonight due to a skiing injury at Swain. Everyone in the ED was kind, caring, and knowledgeable. Dr. Austin Ferrier's bedside manner was exceptional. I would highly recommend this team of Healthcare professionals.
Not impressed with how I was treated. Went in a few months ago feeling dizzy and was in agonizing pain. They treated me like I was drug seeking for 3 hours before finally doing a CT scan to discover my miscarriage I had a week before had turned into a ruptured ectopic pregnancy and was actively losing liters of blood. They didn't bother to check for anything miscarriage related despite being the hospital I went to for the diagnosis and the blood lab followups (even the day before). Took my daughter to her first ER visit. Was pleasantly surprised to find her physician as my former nursing instructor. Mom was at ease. She was very sweet and explained everything to my terrified daughter. Thank you very much Heather Cox and nurses Olivia and Brock for your professionalism, compassion and excellent care.
