It's disheartening to see St. James seemingly adopt a motto akin to "We can't help you, head to Strong." Regardless of the family member seeking assistance, including myself, the immediate response is always redirection to Strong in Rochester. It's frustrating to witness such a significant investment in a facility that essentially serves as a transit point to another location. The community deserves better.
