Please only go here if it’s the only option or last resort. As most of the reviews here state, the standard of care is low. In the ED specifically. While admitted, I listened to the staff, who were less than 20 feet away, degrade patients and co-workers for the better part of three hours. My last visit to Hornell hospital was very good,I was in and out the door in less the 1 hour.everybody there has a really good attitude, the doctor she answered all my questions, she was very pleasant and funny.i hope they continue the good attitude. ( Great job guys )
Went to the dentist today at oak orchard for a routine cavity fix. Within minutes of being injected with the novicaine or lidocaine my heart started to race, my head felt light and dizzy, my legs and arms went numb yet hurt. My breathing felt almost like the breathing before a panic attack. We waited what seemed forever , my head and heard racing was now to a do able point to fix my tooth. Man I could watch the entirety of Zack Snyder's Justice League (4 hours btw) and watch half of Winter Solider during the time I waited to hear test results. I get it, there's like one doctor and a few nurses dealing with the ER department but it's just kinda funny on how long it took.
Too bad this isn’t the hospital near my house. Unfortunately, I was on a family vacation and ended up with a terrible toothache & swollen face. This ER literally did everything they could do to help me for not being a dentist office. Fantastic MD, Philip Graber!! The check in, admission, RN’s were all absolutely wonderful! Thank you guys for all your compassion and helping me get my infection under control!
