If able I would have left zero stars. This place is the absolute worst, zero communication. My mom was admitted for what they thought was a few mini strokes. We spoke with PA that told us what he thought, but was waiting for tests to confirm. He also reported that that another test would be done in am, and that my mom would see PT, OT and speech before being discharged to assure her safety. My mom came in with what we were told was likely 2 mini strokes and we were told she would be getting a full work up and she would be getting physical therapy before she left. Instead she was discharged and immediately fell down and hit her head. She was brought back to the hospital where all they did were x rays and sent us home.
Absolutely the worst hospital I've ever gone too!!!! My son was there & treated my son my self & my parents all with complete disrespect !!! I've been told some many times how terrible this hospital was & now I understand why!!!!!! There should be an investigation done due to how many families have been mistreated & set on there way without doing there job, my son is one of them . They Absolutely do NOT care about there patients, !!
I was seen in the emergency room and I have to say Dr Tuttle was the emergency room doctor on call he went above and beyond to figure out what was going on with me. Took the time to really listen to what I had to say and the nurses, the X-ray department were all wonderful!!!
I was very impressed with the emergency department. Everyone was so kind and caring. And professional and thorough.
