Just got off the phone to a rude receptionist at this practice all I wanted to was Coney a message to my doctor I know who it is as she got I dare say a record of doing as I ve seen her in action with other patients and to be quite honest I'm pretty unsure if the practice knows what's it's doing apart feeding you pills for something not needed especially on the dietician side 17 yrs I've taken pills for weight loss and diabetes they simply don't work. Always get fantastic service .. very polite and can always get an appointment on the same day through the NHS app . The receptionists always go that extra bit to help out ..
Genuinely curious why on earth it takes over 10 mins to move position in queue at 8 in the morning? It doesn't take 10 mins to book 1 appointment and why is it always over an hr before the phones answered I haven't been able to get through before 9am in months Some of us actually do our jobs and work I work in a school I don't have access to my phone from 9am how the hell am I supposed to get an appointment when multiple receptionists don't answer the phone and when they do there's either no appointments and they can't book ... read more
