Absolutely shocking receptionists. Took 20mins (in the afternoon) to go from position one to getting an answer. When I explained that my meds hadn't been processed when they were done on the app. Rather than just booking new meds with the Dr, I was questioned as to why I hadn't rebooked them since a few months back (I had spare that were being used up first). Just got off the phone to a rude receptionist at this practice all I wanted to was Coney a message to my doctor I know who it is as she got I dare say a record of doing as I ve seen her in action with other patients and to be quite honest I'm pretty unsure if the practice knows what's it's doing apart feeding you pills for something not needed especially on the dietician side 17 yrs I've taken pills for weight loss and diabetes they simply don't work.
