Hospital runs efficiently. Waiting area is more or less comfortable based on personal preferences. There were no negatives as far as I'm concerned
Newer facilities, still horrible staff.
I've received infusions here for over 2 years, every 3 weeks. Lisa has been my nurse for most of the visits. She's capable, kind and patient to me and to all her patients. The new infusion room at URStJ is comfortable and private. I appreciate this service, and Lisa, and highly recommend them!!
