My kids have been going here since birth (2006). Before two years ago I would have given them all stars and applaud them cause they "were" the best. But now!!! No. And that's a big statement. Now, I'm not talking about the nurses and other staff members when I say this cause they do a job well done. If I could leave no star I would. This is the LAZIEST, most unprofessional pediatric office I’ve ever seen. They’ve NEVER filled my kids prescription on time, & when you call in to speak to someone about an issue they never have an answer, just promises for a call back that never comes. You’ll wait for hours to be seen on most days, both in the lobby & in the back for the actual doctor & that’s with an appt. I would’ve left years ago had Dr. Lewis not given me her direct number.
