If I could leave no star I would. This is the LAZIEST, most unprofessional pediatric office I’ve ever seen. They’ve NEVER filled my kids prescription on time, & when you call in to speak to someone about an issue they never have an answer, just promises for a call back that never comes. You’ll wait for hours to be seen on most days, both in the lobby & in the back for the actual doctor & that’s with an appt. I would’ve left years ago had Dr. Lewis not given me her direct number. I took my child here for a pink eye & allergies, they never called in the medication to the pharmacy going on day 2 now. I called them twice about the medication the lady was very rude.
I have been taking my children here for over 30 years. I have children age ranged from 31 to 10. I have never had any issues as some others have noted. We have been treated like family. When my son was very sick last year with kidney issues his Dr. gave me her personal number and said please call me with anything. My younger three children love going there. They never hesitate when I say we need to go to the Doctor. Please Give these folks a chance. My family and I are very satisfied with these very caring group of people. ❤... read more
