Even after formal documentation was provided, the fathers access to medical information was not facilitated and his communication was ignored. This experience was frustrating and highly concerning. Would not recommend.

The most amazing, kind caring practise. Karen went out of her way to get my son in urgently due to his epilepsy , the next day upon arrival i was greeted by Karen with the biggest smile and warmest welcome ive ever encountered . Just what this mum needs in a such a stressful time. Dr Gulati is the best of the best , and I highly recommend her. She is kind and warm and has alot of empathy and actually listens to you . Dealt with this Doctors a few times over the last year as both of my daughters have been referred to Dr Benedicta Itotoh. The reception staff are always so rude and dismissive, both over the phone and face to face. Today the receptionist decided it was her place to give me her medical opinion on my 11 week old baby, not knowing anything at all about her or my history. My children won’t be seeing Benedicta Itotoh and I definitely wouldn’t recommend her or this doctors to anyone. You would think being the front face for paedia... read more
Visiting Dr. Chris Ogwu was the worst experience that I have ever had with a doctor. The issue that I was dealing with at the time was incredibly distressing and I was made to feel ridiculed for my concerns. Dr Ogwu was rude and abrasive. He nitpicked and corrected me on every symptom I explained, making it out that I was lying or plain stupid for expressing how I felt. I left the appointment feeling belittled. Based off other reviews, this behaviour is common for him. I would not recommend this doctor to anyone.
