Very unfriendly staff
The worst experience I've ever had with a Dr (Dr Chris Ogwu) I left the practice very shaken up as he was so rude and almost aggressive in my appointment. Do not go to this doctor if you want to be treated with respect, I am pregnant with my first baby and he made me feel stupid for asking questions. He owns the practice so I have a feeling he gets away with treating patients this way often.
Think twice before seeking Mental Health Support here… I recently visited this practice to review my mental health care plan and discuss possible changes to my treatment. I had come prepared with a list of symptoms and had done some informed research to better understand my options and the potential side effects of adjusting my medication. Charged extra for 21min session because Dr was on phone for personal matter. Did not even want to listen to my health concerns when he was not on his phone. He is quite arrogant and rude admin staff. Be mindful to go there
