Horrible! Was told they received my son's referral, and it could take 2-3 months. After no contact for 4 months, I called, was told they lost my referral and the doctor Han't done anything. Then the doctor looked the same day and instead of seeing my son, referred him to a "specialist", I was given a name, but not contact details so I had to locate them myself. Dr. Chris is an excellent GP who has looked after me and my family for the past five years. We drive 25 mins just to see him. He is knowledgeable, professional, and always takes the time to listen and explain everything clearly. My family (my kids and my parents ) and I have been seeing Dr Chris Ogwu for about 5 years now and I haven't met more experienced, thorough, compassionate healthcare professional. All of my medical concerns are always addressed and treated appropriately. I highly recommend this practice for the whole family.
Absolutely horrendous experience receiving antenatal care for my second pregnancy with dr ogwu, was never referred to a hospital, he kept dismissing my requests stating I needed to provide him my initial blood test/beta HCG from finding out I was pregnant.. even though he had access to my 12 week and anatomy scan. After weeks and weeks of back and forth, explaining that he has access to my health record.. and being dismissed.
