John (or staff) have always provided stellar service at a reasonable price. I would call no other electrician in the area. I consider them a friend, the entire business.
Told me they could look at my water pump. Then told me they don't work on water pumps and sent me a bill. Thanks for charging me money to waste my time. Reporting to BBB
St. James Electric was referred to us whenever we asked if a neighbor or other local who they used for eletrical. When we first called in February 2022, they were swamped and not taking new client. I waiting until furnace season was over in hopes of getting them in and it worked. We had them change out all the old 2-prong outlets to 3 prong, ran some new outlets and such with promise of a standby generator when available.
