I've just called the Practice to reschedule my next appointment as my usual dentist has left. I spoke to a lovely lady on reception called Sam. How refreshing it was to speak with someone who listened, was polite and took the time to reschedule my appointment to a time that was convenient for me with a dentist that I was happy with. I only registered with this Practice a year ago, but my experience so far has been great.
Dentist Nicholas Forster is a civilised and pleasant person.
Excellent consult with Robin Lyddon - really helpful and proportionate in his recommendations - kind, efficient and reassuring style, but taking time to answer questions despite clearly being very busy - thank you, I am delighted to be registered with St James Dental Practice
I have recently moved over to DR ARTUR GRABOWSKI. I had one filling back in November and a Molar Extraction last week..I have to say both occasions have been the most pleasant, thoughtful and caring dental experiences I have had for Many years...the only pain on both occasions was the initial injection..Thank you Artur
The dentist who we saw (I believe she is new) was truly excellent. Extremely nice, knowledgable and competent.
