E bikes were a nice way to get around the island. We were a little bit disappointed in the battery life. The shop owner told us the battery would be good for the 6 hours we rented for. We spent 3 hours using the bikes, rented at 1015, spent 45 minutes at the hotel getting ready for the day, batteries drained by 145, we had to pedal for the last 3.7 miles to get the bikes. Back to the rental shop. I'm not upset, I just wish in the future you find a way to send a 2nd battery for rentals of more than 2 hours.
Rented a vehicle here so we could explore Beaver Island. The process was easy and the car was in great shape. Small shop inside and they build boats here in the winter.
Rented 4 e-bikes for 4 hours, was a great experience! Excellent way to see the island, easy to ride down the gravel roads and 2 tracks. Zip right up the hills! Owners were very nice.
Wont answer their phone or call back. Maybe they're out of business? Only possibly explanation for multiple days of no answer
