We had a truly amazing experience thanks to a young brown individual with a man bun his name might have been Harshan, but I'm not too sure. Our family was overwhelmed and unsure of what to do, and he stepped in immediately, calmly guiding us, checking on our kids, and taking the extra time to explain everything so we felt safe and understood. He didn’t just do his job he genuinely cared, turned a stressful moment into a positive one. We’ll never forget the kindness he showed our family that day.
