I’ve been living at St James for a while now, and one of the biggest ongoing issues is the growing number of stray cats roaming the property. They’re constantly around the parking lot, trash areas, and even right outside residents’ doors. It’s become a serious nuisance. I can't even walk my dog.
Love my loft living here since 5/8/2025. Very clean, friendly n quiet place. Highly recommend
I reapet don't live here. They raise the rent and took the 1 year lease because the new owner wants to make more money of people. New generation I tell you. Shit keeps getting worse here.
