My mom rented an apartment and the day she moved in it smelled like urine (strong). Their solution was to spray something in the air. After months of complaining they finally replaced part of the floor which helped but didn’t completely remove the smell. The heat didn’t work properly so she was so cold all winter. The manager was very hard to get ahold of and the owner was impossible to get ahold of. I do not recommend these apartments.

Beautiful facility, with all the emenities. Common room, theater, picnic area. The suites are well laid out.
Nice Places in the Building is very clean
