Brutal customer service. I bought 2 items from them, one was a queen bedroom set which I confirmed the order of what I wanted and they proceeded to order it wrong, took months to get it corrected. I gave them a second chance and ordered a TV console from them, it arrived badly damaged. They ordered new parts for it, the side panel took 4 months to receive and the new shelves took a year to receive and when they finally did arrive they were the wrong shelves, left several messages to get it sorted out, management was to call ... read more
