Had all my brakes done as it was a good price, and the pads had a lifetime warranty. Went to firestone for an alignment (I have the lifetime alignment package there) and was informed my front brake pads were on backwards (interior pads on exteriors and vice versa) went back to St Jacob and was told that was not possible to do and that I must have not understood, they called firestone and then told me they would investigate it.
