Today we came for our first appointment with Nurse Karen. We have just moved from Brisbane to Sydney and she was such a delight. She was very warm, empathetic and kind to us in our development check for our 11 week old, especially since we are new ro the area and still adjusting to life with a baby in a new city. We are very grateful for such a wonderful experience and we hope to see Karen again!
Rude and unhelpful staff. Constantly rescheduling appointments at the last minute and yet feel no need to apologize. Hannah was extremely unprofessional and hung up on me, horrible service.
Avoid nurse Deb. We've been going here since my son was born and have always had an excellent experience with the wonderful nurses and their lovely manner... until today. Deb from the get-go was judgemental, condescending, and entirely unhelpful. My son was fine up until she came out to meet us and I think he could sense something. Instead of helping me to try and calm him down, she chastised me for not filling out the blue book and made me physically do it before she would proceed with the appointment. Hannah was a great support to me during PPD phase. Se was empathetic enough, cared to listen to my worries, visited me personally twice to check on my mental health and vitals / growth of my baby. She calmed me down and helped me simplify my approach to take care of my baby. She is dedicated in her work and has just the right attitude to support a new mother with her anxiety.
