Couldn’t even get the machine to pay to work and no one helped when we pushed the question button.
The car wash is broke. it took our money, states it is open, but nothing happened as we proceeded into the bay nothing happened. We tried calling and the call went to voicemail and we left a message. We just lost out on $12. Please inspect before paying.
Rip off. Paid for best wash, device sprayed my hood and turned on the dryer and indicated to pull forward.
I don't know why I keep coming here thinking the owners would finally fix this car wash. Obviously no pride in ownership when I'm constantly getting ripped off with either incorrect change, being told to exit before a rinse cycle, full of soap and having no choice but to pull around and pay for another wash. This place is absolutely terrible. Too bad there wasn't another option around here.
