They took the copay for my visit, that I payed two days before the appointment, as per their requirement. Then, they call me the morning of my appointment, said that it wasn’t technically 48 hours, so they cancelled my appointment. They said “we’ll call you back” and then never called or answered the phone the other seven times I tried calling. I am going to run out of my medication, and they took my money and are avoiding my calls to make a new appointment. Absolutely shameful behavior for any clinic, and should be avoided.
