1 star — and only because zero isn't an option. Came in with a genuine enquiry and was met with open hostility and contempt. Dismissive, condescending, and made me feel completely unwelcome from the moment I walked in. Finished the interaction by telling me not to 'waste his time.' The way I was looked at and spoken to said more than words ever could. I strongly suspect this business selects who deserves basic respect. Avoid.
We were told a temporary repair would cost $800, went elsewhere and had the same issue fixed for $130. Very condescending when we asked questions, and taken advantage of considering the blown out quote. Would not return and would not recommend.
