Excellent staff. We've taken our family pets here for over 20 years (dog, cats, budgerigar). We've never had a negative experience. Staff are understanding, thorough and professional. Also recently had a telehealth consultation to save my cat another visit for an ongoing issue.
Dr Bronwen Harper was so compassionate and professional when we sought her help with our pet. After a long time not knowing what was happening with a previous clinic, we happened upon Dr Bronwen who was honest, knowledgable, and kind. Our only regret was not finding Dr Bronwen and St Helena Veterinary Clinic sooner. Thank you for your care.
Although this practice is attached to the bundoora practice I find that the vets take more time to treat your fur family member with care, explaining what's going on in a manner you can understand I really appreciate their care and understanding We have a large menagerie and they have been excellent so far
