Had to go for an ultrasound and the technician was just incredibly. Kind and made me feel so comfortable. Thank you Angel you really are the best.
I worked here several years ago & the staff was great. I went on yesterday & while the triage & nursing staff was incredible the dr didn’t listen to my complaint, rushed some meds in without asking many questions & told me I should feel better by morning. Needless to say it’s the next day & symptoms are the same. His only concern was “why didn’t you go see your dr about this” & when I told him they didn’t have any availability he asked “well why don’t you take your meds” again this isn’t a previously diagnosed condition. Slowest hospital ever. Nobody introduced themself. Dr. Johnson if that is even his real name. He just walked in an started talking. Did not ask me who I was. Such a disappointment.
My husband is in the Nursing Home. Everyone has been so understanding of his condition and helpful. He was at a nursery home before coming to the St Helena nursing home and was very unhappy. Since be here he is so much more satisfied. The staff wants to know what he wants and try to please at all times.
