It’s wild how they cover up for each other at this hospital. My son went in last night and one of the staff thought he could speak to me and my son any type of way. Then went to the desk and spoke about why we was there and calling us dumbasses publicly. He wasn’t wearing scrubs and no identification 🆔 or badge. When I called him out on what he was saying LOUDLY and the Security Guard come around the corner I told the Security I needed the Doctor and something needed to be done about the staff. Had to go for an ultrasound and the technician was just incredibly. Kind and made me feel so comfortable. Thank you Angel you really are the best.
I worked here several years ago & the staff was great. I went on yesterday & while the triage & nursing staff was incredible the dr didn’t listen to my complaint, rushed some meds in without asking many questions & told me I should feel better by morning. Needless to say it’s the next day & symptoms are the same. His only concern was “why didn’t you go see your dr about this” & when I told him they didn’t have any availability he asked “well why don’t you take your meds” again this isn’t a previously diagnosed condition. Slowest hospital ever. Nobody introduced themself. Dr. Johnson if that is even his real name. He just walked in an started talking. Did not ask me who I was. Such a disappointment.
