I was down to two bags of heating pellets. No one in westbranch has them right now. Called and spoke to Brenda and she said they had them. Went and bought a pallet and they even delivered them. Nominal fee on delivery. Very very happy with the service and can foresee a very good relationship with them for future needs. Thank you all so much
