I made an appointment with the owner, waited all afternoon (5 1/2 hours) and he didn't show. Then I called and left a message. He never responded. I can't even imagine how he would respond to a warranty call after you paid him.
This company is amazing these guys know what they’re doing very professional and respectful. On time on point never disappointed or upset the customer. Highly recommend for any fixes or installations.
HE CAME TO OUR HOUSE TO FIX OUR AC UNIT HE WAS NOT ABLE TO FIND OUT THE PROBLEM HE SAID HIS GOING TO COME BACK WITH ANOTHER TECHNITION BUT HE NEVER SHOWED UP WE HIRED ANOTHER COMPANY THEY FIX THE PROBLEM LESS THAN 5 MINUTES (ALSO HE SENT WRONG REPORT TO THE HOME WARRANTY) HIS (SINAN) LIYER AND HE DOSE NOT HAVE ANY EXPRIENCE
ST Heating and A/C was recommended to me when I need someone to repair an A/C that stopped working. On the first trip, the A/C was apparently repaired, but stopped again the next day. The owner, Sinan, came out to look into it and returned with another senior tech and they both spent many hours and made several calls and eventually found the problem and corrected it.
