Our experience with Dr. Khalafi was disappointing and unprofessional. During an important medical situation, we did not feel that our concerns were given the attention or urgency they required. Communication was difficult, and overall the interaction felt impersonal and dismissive. We were hoping for more patient-centered care and guidance.
Our experience with the staff was disappointing. The atmosphere felt unfriendly, and patient care did not appear to be a primary concern. patients can not contact them. only via website and if you walk there, they would treat you badly. Dr. Khalafi is outstanding, I’ve seen many MDs in the past few years but not im convinced I’ve found my permanent family doctor. Never in a rush, willing to provide honest advice and keen to investigate when needed.
