Dr Roeck has been my doctor for over 25 years and she is an amazing doctor. She treats people with respect, sensitivity and care and with a lot of knowledge and expertise. She never talks down to you and listens to your concerns or questions. Her locum Dr Pharo who fills in regularly for her is a really amazing doctor as well. Nothing but bad experiences with Dr. Payam Khalafi. I've had around 3 experiences with him. The first time he was moody and genuinely felt like he hates what he's doing. The next two experiences were even worse. Twice, I had an appointment with him over phone for a simple refill, and twice he never called me. Never again!
Our experience with Dr. Khalafi was disappointing and unprofessional. During an important medical situation, we did not feel that our concerns were given the attention or urgency they required. Communication was difficult, and overall the interaction felt impersonal and dismissive. We were hoping for more patient-centered care and guidance.
Our experience with the staff was disappointing. The atmosphere felt unfriendly, and patient care did not appear to be a primary concern. patients can not contact them. only via website and if you walk there, they would treat you badly. Dr. Khalafi is outstanding, I’ve seen many MDs in the past few years but not im convinced I’ve found my permanent family doctor. Never in a rush, willing to provide honest advice and keen to investigate when needed.
