Brilliant treatment by Emily the nurse today. Sooo helpful
I was offered an appointment really quickly with a specialist doctor for my problem. Dr Hoffbrand listened to my problems and quickly got me the investigations I needed. She was really reassuring and took the time to go through my results and listen to my worries. I was spoken to on a level and genuinely cared for. Ever since moving to this practice, I've been offered timely appointments with great communication and friendliness from all staff.
Excellent care. The staff are friendly, efficient, helpful and caring. Highly recommend !
Well, Im much happier here than I was in my old GP surgery. Also one of the GPs spotted an early cancer which is thankfully being monitored. Patches system slightly annoying but I dont think its their fault. Be nice to them and they will be nice to you.
Very disappointing experience. I’ve consistently found it difficult to get anything done or properly sorted at this clinic. One staff member, Mario, was particularly rude over the phone, with an unhelpful and unsettling attitude, exactly the opposite of what you need when you're trying to resolve a health concern. Thankfully, the manager I spoke to afterward provided some basic information that should have been offered from the start. Would not recommend.
