Well, Im much happier here than I was in my old GP surgery. Also one of the GPs spotted an early cancer which is thankfully being monitored. Patches system slightly annoying but I dont think its their fault. Be nice to them and they will be nice to you.
Very disappointing experience. I’ve consistently found it difficult to get anything done or properly sorted at this clinic. One staff member, Mario, was particularly rude over the phone, with an unhelpful and unsettling attitude, exactly the opposite of what you need when you're trying to resolve a health concern. Thankfully, the manager I spoke to afterward provided some basic information that should have been offered from the start. Would not recommend.
I’m very satisfied with the services provided at the clinic. Thanks to the support I received — especially through the PATCH system — I was able to quickly obtain the fit note I needed for my workplace. I really appreciate the efficiency and care from the team.
