Sent her by 111 for a suspected broken foot on a Saturday morning. I was seen within 15 mins and was out the door in less than an hour after an X ray confirmed I’d gotten away with severe bruising. The staff were all professional and kind. The waiting room was quite busy and I think I was prioritised, but there waiting time indicator was on under an hour. One of the vending machines was broken but there’s a free water fountain. Thanks for taking such good care of me.

Came here after an injury, was seen after an hour or so and then told it was too serious and needed to go to a&e but they did an xray for me. It was a busy Saturday but the staff were kind and friendly.

Walked in yesterday about a skin issue,advised a 3 hour wait.After a few hours I asked recption how much longer as my medication was wearing off and I was suffering badly.They advised only a short while as next in queue and Nurse saw me,,listened and was really thorough with everything,cause effect etc.Booked me straight in with the GP on site who listened,advised and wrote a prescription out etc.A very thorough job from start to finish.Many thanks,I slept all night itch free,greatly appreciated.

I went to St. George’s today (27.7.25). I anrrived around 14:15. Spoke to the very pleasant receptionist who took my details & then told me where the waiting room was. Luckily, it wasn’t too busy. After about 1 hour I was seen by the clinician - Johnathan. He was very polite & caring!! He put me at ease straight away! Then I had to wait to be seen by the radiographer for X-rays.
