The staff here are just fantastic. Customer care is clearly there number one priority. I highly recommend this garage for sales and repairs.
I can not recommend this place enough. They truly exceeded my high expectations. I picked up my second VW Golf GTD from here yesterday and the whole experience was smooth and pressure free. The lovely owner Nabz had been giving me updates on the car I was after all week about its MOT/service, timing belt change (including video proof) and CarPlay installation. After sales service is not good. At first the purchase went well, but afterwards the service was very poor. Had issues with the car which they kept promising to sort, in the end after a lot of chasing I gave up and went to another garage where I had to spend a lot of money to get it through the MOT. Overall it has been a bad purchase and very poor service.
Fantastic customer service and they do MOTs Have a great reputation on selling cars, servicing and specialist on mechanical repairs too.
Really professional owner and helpful staff. I bought a BMW 520d from Nabz here yesterday and he was very helpful and knowledgeable about the car, service history and spec. He answered every question I had for him and allowed a smooth and easy transaction. He showed me everything I needed to do to be able to drive the car all the way back to Dorset.
