My Doctor is wonderful, her helper “Rebecca” on the other hand gets me fired up the way she communicates. Is there a hotline to report poor behavior within the VA? I see red every time this woman speaks to me and if she speaks to me this way every time she must do it to everyone else. Her tone, her face and body language screams “I’m an unpleasant woman, hear me roar!”
You are just a number here. Brand new building. Same problems. They have no more available slots for new veterans. The lab closes at 3 so if you work normal hours good luck getting in. Was told to drive to Salt Lake to do my labs. What? No thanks.
Impressive! Absolutely the most professional and friendly VA clinic. Dr Tiller and his team Nurse Ron Barron and ICT Jill Flores are amazing human beings. There is not enough I can say about these amazing people. They treated my father with respect, kindness, friendliness and professional.
