Unfortunately there are only a few people that are true to their word and the owner Chris is not one of them. He promised a good job on my new trailer that had warranty issues and all he did is make it worse. He promised it would be completed in 3 weeks in turn it took months, then after I paid his office he had his phone shut off or blocked me because he knew I would see his unprofessional work that he performed. I was put in severe jeopardy by an incomplete brake job, yet was told everything was fine. Very disturbing that my life and safety were of no concern to the person who came to "help".
