I truly cannot put into words how disappointed and betrayed I feel. I placed my trust in the surgery center to repair a spiral fracture of both my tibia and fibula in my right leg on Friday at 7am. From the moment I was brought to pre-op I was rushed and hurried because my doctor and completed his previous surgery early. Of the 24 surgeries I’ve had, this is the best overall experience. I was vacationing in Southern Utah and had a fall. The ER and surgery center were top notch. The care, efficiency, the kindness amongst the staff, and professionalism was impeccable! Dr Butterfield explained several options to repair my arm. He was honest about the options and allowed me to decide. Anesthesia was great. Christopher Andrew’s in the ER was great as well. I cannot say enough about these folks in St George!
They listen to you and they are very compassionate, caring people Jaylee in registration was very helpful. Brenda and Suzie in pre-op. Madi ,Kasie and Dr. Dr. Debenham. Dr. Powell amazing!
