Staff was very professional from Aly at the front desk to Suzie my nurse. The nurses kept me informed on my procedure and after care. Dr. Ash answered my questions and calmed my nerves. My recovery nurse Lauren was fantastic.
I was so impressed with each every person that contributed to my care. Thank you to Amy, Brenda, Whitley, Kayla, Alison, Dr Nelson, Dr Brinton and Amy. Each one of these individuals treated me like they were glad I was there and they sincerely looked forward to making my experience the best it could be.
Surgeon had not explained the seriousness/extent of pain for husbands post surgery. Did not fully explain the effects of findings. Why wasn't high dose anti inflammatory med given automatically? We had to return 45 mins after arriving home for a shot. Pain meds were not noted on discharge paperwork or verbally conveyed. Nurse did not review discharge papers, but did ask if I had any questions. She was very nice. Immediately after surgery, surgeon said he was ready for pick up. He was not.
