The surgery center staff if great, however it's very deceiving to call this an Intermountain affiliated surgical center when in fact they are no longer affiliated with Intermountain. The surgery center is owned by the local surgeons in conjunction with Surgery Partners. Even though the staff wear Intermountain scrubs and they call themselves Intermountain Surgery Center, the lady at registration made it very clear they are not affiliated. Horrible customer service. Sarah is rude and so is Jay. Schedule your surgery at Intermountain, not this surgery center that uses Intermountain on their scrubs, but isn't actually affiliated with Intermountain Health. This is my 49th surgery and I've never been treated so poorly until today.
