We called around for prices to have our RV wheel bearings repacked, and Rob came back with a quote that was right in the middle, which was reasonable. When he arrived, he got right to work. My husband was standing nearby watching, and Rob quickly offered to show him how to do the job himself in the future. Super rad dude totally went above and beyond
Guy said he could fix what he had over the phone. I sent pictures showing all angles of what appeared damage. The axle spindle was clearly welded in place in the photos and the guy came and said “oh I can fix that” proceeded to dremel a part of the trailer and then said it’s not fixable. Waste of time and money. He charges a $85 service fee for coming in to ruin the trailer.
I'm a new RV owner and I called to ask a question about if they had a certain type of RV electrical adapter in stock. I was rudely brushed off and told to go to Home Depot. The folks at Home Depot were friendly and helpful and said the part I needed was only available from an RV store 🤷
