I have had couple very poor experiences with with a couple of Doctors and nurses. I have also had 2 doctors "literally" save my life. Words cannot express my sincere thanks to both Doctor Speakman and Doctor lvo. Both have attended to my serious health issues amazingly well. Not only did they save my life, they had incredible bedside manner, patience and genuine concern. Yes appointments are normally scheduled more than a month out, but that is not this hospital/staff’s fault. The Imaging department here is outstanding, every one is super helpful and vary nice. The equipment is much nicer and newer than the cedar city hospital. The MRI magnet is better so my Doc has me go her a lot. The headphones are also much nicer here. So far I have no negative things to say about them, they even had a private waiting room for my wife.
Honestly I have been trying to get a CT scan scheduled for well over two weeks. Every time I call I get a different story and a different time frame. I am told that people will get back in touch with me in 1 to 2 days and I get crickets. Some of the worst customer service I have experience. Not a fan.
