We had the most amazing birth experience here. Nothing went according to my birth plan (in order to keep baby and I safe - not in any way the staff's fault) but the nurses made sure all of my questions and concerns were addressed. I never felt pressured or rushed about anything. We hope to have all of our babies here!
I couldn't have asked for a better experience with labor and delivery. I had great nurses who answered my questions and kept me informed, the team had a great sense of urgency, and my recovery team was amazing! I appreciated that I never felt like I was bothering someone by asking questions and I felt that the nurses really cared about me and my baby.
I was waiting 6 months for 2 other providers for help. These people made me wait 3 days🥹
I couldn’t have asked for a better labor and delivery experience. All the nurses were great in the mom and baby unit but Josie and Melissa in labor and delivery were the best! As a first time mom I was so nervous and didn’t know what to expect and they both helped me every step of the way, explaining everything in detail, making sure I was taken care of and being such a great support.
The medical staff that assisted us were all very friendly, professional and informative. However, whoever was working the front desk the evening of June 11, 2024 needs a refresher on security protocol. We were given a unique code and were assured no one would be let in without it. We were also not expecting any visitors as we hadn’t invited anyone.
