How are we supposed to contact you if you don’t answer the phone? Waiting on hold for 20+ minutes is unacceptable. I still was never able to get in contact with you guys to make an appointment and have to go to a walk in instead. Having a family doctor and not being able to make an appointment is absolutely ridiculous. This is my experience every time, you never answer your phones.
Best doctors office in the province!!! We’ve been lucky as a family to be going here for more than 20 years! Dr Hirst has now taken over for our original doctor who had the privilege of retiring 🎊🥳 we will miss him but thankful to get another fantastic doctor!

Wow! Wow! Wow! What a difference in care at this doctor's office! I've been with Dr. Allister Hutton for less than a year now, and it's such a different experience than where I was prior. The whole team, Melissa (nurse) Emily ( np) And the welcoming receptionist (sorry, I didn't get her name) and of course Dr. Allister Hutton go above and beyond with their care. Professional, knowledgeable, but most of all caring. I feel so much at peace knowing I'm finally with a great team 😊❤️❤️❤️❤️👍Thank you all for caring 😷
