Went in for a medical note, but the front desk lady rudely told us they were done for the day since the doctor had left. Google shows the clinic open until 7 PM, but she said that’s only the pharmacy. Very poor communication and unprofessional attitude.
Extremely unprofessional, rude and disrespectful conduct. Appointments mean little here—you can expect to wait over an hour regardless. The front desk staff is loud and demonstrates a clear disregard for patient confidentiality. Wish I could give 0.

I have been coming to this clinic for years now and every time I leave feeling defeated. It came to a point where I stopped making appointments for myself and only for my mother. First of all, they don’t even acknowledge my appointment only my mother’s. As if my needs and concerns are not important.
