Shipping hasn't been smooth for me yet. They don't have a modern system like other places so it takes them longer to figure out the load. They have ask several people, wander around, look through papers, instead of just pulling it up on a computer.

Absolutely the worst consolidation company in the U.S. So far every St. George facility has had issues that delayed my freight and all of my clients freight. The staff never wants to do their job. If its the staff in CA or NJ. They are all incompetent and lazy They place random charges and take multiple days to release They lose freight... They don't answer emails and put you on hold for hours and at times pickup the phone and hangup immediately after. If you plan to ship your freight. This place is a total nightmare. Your customer service phone calls will take easily 30 min. They take forever to load your truck. (One day we arrived at 3pm and couldn't fulfill). If you arrive at 4pm they won't help you at all ; although they close at 5pm. So you will have to come next day and pay $95 fee. $190 and counting. Terrible experience. I would give them 0 points, but Google minimum is 1 star.
