Chris is a reliable engineer, he knows a lot about the VW car and professioned in repairing all kinds of issue including engine and gear. Though the first time diagonise is not matching perfectly but he charges me reasonably. the 2nd time he changed megtronic boxes in a good price for the makeup and he finally worked 4 days on it. and finally all is good, now my car drives good. They have had my car for more than 4 weeks without resolution. We agreed to a handback more than a week ago yet no progress. They failed to return calls. Massively overpriced quotes. Questionable diagnostics and lack of detailed reports. I am considering a notice to the Repair Industry Counsel and Fair Trading about their integrity and professionalism. Concern also about scalping fees introduced/lost within the invoices for referring mechanics.
