I feel it's my civic duty to post this review. Quick back-story- Hadn't been to a dentist for over 10yrs, lost 2, 30+yr old fillings few years back resulting in both teeth breaking and becoming well, basically shells. I'm adverse to folks being 'all up in my grill' UNTIL pain/swelling started... Called 5 dental clinics, 2 returned my call and booked me a wk out. 1st, (soonest appt available) said they took my insurance, appt 7:30a for paperwork, 8:30 back to exam rm to inform, they could 'bill' my insurance for reimbursement... read more
Very nice place highly recommend
After looking around and trying out other dentists our family was referred to St. George by a friend and we have been very happy with this recommendation. The hygienists and dentists are fantastic with our children and the dentists always explain procedures and Issues thoroughly in easy to understand language. The receptionists are always friendly and on top of scheduling and reminders which we appreciate very much. They're also very fair with procedure costs and accept our insurance which some other dentists we've been to s... read more
Dental services received were exceptional. The dentist, techs, and hygienist are outstanding. However, as for the billing department: BEWARE! Don’t expect ANY assistance w/receiving proper paperwork for insurance submission for reimbursement as it does not happen - and on record: They bear no responsibility to have to do so and accordingly, they do not. Inept billers can’t even correctly fill out or provide the simplest of forms. *I’d give the billing department -zero stars if that was an option. *Monies now owed them, with ... read more
