The best service in town. I would highly recommend S&T to anyone. Very responsive and goes the extra mile. Sam made our door function so much better than it had. We hired them to replace a broken spring and Sam did much more. Price point can't be beat. Thank you again.
Called S&T Garage Doors to diagnose an unknown issue with our garage door. It's very erratic when it would close or not. Shortly after, Sam came to the house and upon seeing the garage immediately spotted the problem. The boxes stacked very close to the sensor was blocking the signal and causing the problem. So, I moved the boxes and other obstruction and the garage door worked fine. he was done in less than 30 minutes tops. Disappointing overall. $3000+ for a garage door & an underpowered door opener that’s just as loud as the 20 year old model it replaced. “Some people you can’t make happy” Maybe, but considering you weren’t on the crew that came out to install it, you could have come by and seen how loud it was for yourself. Liftmaster has quieter models, could have at least offered that.
10/10 Recommend! S & T recently completed a service call for my Mother in Law and she was beyond impressed. They were very knowledgeable and friendly, plus they were able to come out the same morning we called, which was so convenient! Thank you all again!
