Get Rid Of The Bed Bugs and Feed Those Resident
I have never had a loved one there, but I found an elderly gentleman who had fallen on the concrete sidewalk maybe half a mile away from the facility. He had dementia, had wandered off, and the staff had NO IDEA HE WAS MISSING!!!! Once the ambulance arrived we figured out he was a resident there and called them. Two women walked up, confirmed his identity and that he had dementia, made excuses about how he had wandered away, and then proceeded to WALK BACK TO THE FACILITY. I loved the residents and they loved me the pay is not good for the work but its what u make it..i love what i do but st.gales is not the place for me..i deserve better..now working at a better place better pay$$$$ btw st.gales will hire anybody seems they treat the ones that dont care about the residents or there facility better than the ones that CARE
They had bed bugs when I worked there in 2015, and will ignore your loved ones until you arrive to check on them. They have no mental stimulation or activities for the seniors and will scold you if you do try to do anything nice for them. I wouldn't put anyone I love there, unless you don't love them .
