Thanks for keeping and opening mail of a resident, that is a federal crime but you guys want to lie about it till you are threatened with legal action! The staff arrogance is off the charts at this place.

I’m a patient here whom is coherent and not drug addicted. For all the mommy’s who want to send their drug addicted babies here, they, the organization refers to anything loud, opinionated, or otherwise from attending a 15 minute class that the teacher hold about 1/6 times she’s supposed to and women’s aerobics on a tiny computer screen for exercise, as “behaviors” in any form of the word and likes to do anything to collect your “behaviors” and use it to milk your insurance company. DO NOT ATTEND.

I would like to thank ALL the staff at St.Francois Manor for taking such wonderful care of my son as he finished recovering from his accident. You all did a wonderful job and he looks forward to coming back and visiting residents and staff thank you again
