My experience at this facility was disturbing and completely unacceptable. The environment was unsafe, unsanitary, and unfit for any type of patient care. The entire building smelled strongly of feces, creating an unbearable and unhealthy atmosphere from the moment you walked in. The staff were hateful toward residents, speaking to people with open disrespect and showing no compassion or professionalism. Thanks for keeping and opening mail of a resident, that is a federal crime but you guys want to lie about it till you are threatened with legal action! The staff arrogance is off the charts at this place.

I’m a patient here whom is coherent and not drug addicted. For all the mommy’s who want to send their drug addicted babies here, they, the organization refers to anything loud, opinionated, or otherwise from attending a 15 minute class that the teacher hold about 1/6 times she’s supposed to and women’s aerobics on a tiny computer screen for exercise, as “behaviors” in any form of the word and likes to do anything to collect your “behaviors” and use it to milk your insurance company. DO NOT ATTEND.
