My local vet is less than 5 miles from my home, I drive from Huntsville to Green Forest because St Francis' complete staff are kind, compassionate, understanding, and have always given me other options when I thought there were none. Absolutely recommend St Francis if you want your pet treated with the same compassion they treat thier own pets and/or livestock.Thank You Dr. Eby and Jessica for being my go to!

I have taken all my dogs here for over 15 years. They staff here are always so sweet and welcoming to me. They are never pushy with treatments or products that I don't need and are honest with me in the best way to treat my dogs.
They did a great job treating our dog and have not had any issues with their competency. However, this morning our dog is facing a medical issue that could be life threatening. We asked if they could work her in either today or soon, and we were told no it would be next week. Sorry but treating a customer that way changes everything. We will no longer recommend or use their services unfortunately. We will be giving another vets office our business going forward who appreciated the opportunity to help.
I just love how this clinic is so fresh and clean smelling and the staff is so friendly! This is the first time at a veterinary clinic where my dog was so excited to see the everyone. Ashli is the sweetest at the groom room and does excellent work!👍❤️🐶
