I wish they had half stars because I would add 1/2 star +4 full stars. I’ve been going to Saint Francis since about 2016 when my other vet closed their clinic. I decided to go outside of the Iowa city area, with the hopes That if property taxes and overhead were lower there, my veterinary charges would be less.
