Was this provider's staff friendly? Yes, they went above and beyond Are you going to visit this provider again? Without a doubt! Did they follow up with you after your appointment? Yes, they made sure I had everything I needed! Does this provider ever overbook appointments here? Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking. Did this veterinarian have a large selection of medication available for your pet? Absolutely, they are always in stock and even offer flea medication by the month

I took my Airedale puppy to St. Francis based on a reference from my co-worked and I couldn't be happier! I haven't had a dog in many years and Dr. Armani took the time to explain "puppyhood" and all the health threats we face - I'm sure she had appointments after us, but she never made me feel rushed at all. She was also very adamant in explaining that if I ever have ANY questions - health, training, etc - to call them. Did this animal hospital use current and safe equipment? Yes; the equipment is very advanced! Did this veterinarian seem overwhelmed with too many pets? Not at all, they are always so organized here with making sure the vet is never too overwhelmed to ensure the best service Did this provider rush your appointment? I have been thoroughly satisfied with the staff at St. Francis Vet. They are very friendly, and ask about my other pets when I come in to get food, etc. Basically saved my one boston terrier's life with surgery, and her vision with laser surgery. A little overpriced for some things, but comparable to other vet prices in the surrounding area, I've never had any issues and will continue to bring my pets there.

Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had Did this provider seem up-to-date with the current advancements in their field? Yes Has this veterinarian ever misdiagnosed your pet? Never, my pets have enjoyed healthy and long lives thanks to their care.
