Appointment was scheduled quickly with requested vet. Excellent vet care with pricing that matched estimate. Good pre-procedure instructions and good post-procedure followup.
Do not take your pet here, this vet is owned by National Veterinary Associates (NVA). Profit is their mission, not your pet's wellbeing. We have been taking our two dogs there for 6 years now and have not had issues until they were unable to properly diagnose my dog who had been experiencing loss of vision and unexplained weight gain in April 2025. Instead they just referred me to another private equity veterinarian to look at him. They went ahead with the $600 bill for my visit anyways. Avoid this place.
I did not know that I was going to have to pay $146 until the end. I brought in my two new puppies which I was told the first 4 visits will be free. When I made the appointment I was not told that I would be charged for the fecal sample test. At the end of the visit I was charged $146. But the doctor and all of the staff was nice and office was clean.
was checked ing wright away , put in a exsam room doc came in took kona in the back, did not wait long, she came back with kona & we where on are way home with in a half an hour to 45 min. great job glen ellyn
