Keely and Matt were very professional and friendly. I believe that the therapy I went through helped me have a better quality life.
I “graduated” today from PT at St. Francis Therapy Ctr Downtown after spending most of the past five months receiving therapy for hip and knee issues. I cannot say enough good things about Keely and Matt. I previously also had hand therapy provided by David. All therapist that I dealt with were kind and worked hard to resolve my issues. Also, the front desk receptionists could not be more professional and accommodating. I have recommended three friends to this center, two of which are currently receiving therapy.
The Physical Therapy for my back and shoulder was lead by Elizabeth Ericksen and she did an amazing job. Her co-team PT members are also excellent and enhanced my visits with their expertise. In 2 months, Elizabeth and the team (Matthew, Dawn (s)) at Saint Francis Downtown lead me to significant improvement. Their one on one treatment and attention to detail is outstanding. I have seen Brooke for voice therapy, Greg and Matt for physical therapy, and Dave for occupational therapy. They are all wonderful. Also, the ladies that work at the front desk, Shannon and Anne, are professional and kind. I adore this team! Brooke cured me from a chronic cough with her voice therapy. Gregg and Matt have helped so much with my RA and AS in my back and legs, and Dave has really helped with the RA in my hands and so informative about my RA. Great team if people to work with!!
