Professional and patient focused.
This company is a contract company that is giving Bon Secours a really bad name! My phone does not recognize the out of state or instate calls so they go to voice mail. The phone numbers they call from must be remote because when trying to call them back the call is dropped. When trying to call the number given to call, you sit on hold for at least a half hour and then the call is dropped. Terrible. Single track minded organization focused on their next sleep apnea diagnosis without trying to understand more complex sleep issues in patients. When the only tool you have is a CPAP machine every patient looks like they have sleep apnea. Interacting with staff felt like being in some corporate dystopian nightmare and not a healthcare facility attempting to solve my health issue.
A totally horrible and dysfunctional run practice! Impossible to schedule or communicate with. No one ever answers the phone system and even when messages are left no one returns the calls! I’ve tried resolving issues for over a week and it’s impossible to reach anyone by phone or MyChart. The lead time to get in is atrocious, scheduling is a nightmare and even the follow up appointments linger for months. Go to Greenville Sleep Center in Greer. They answer the phone and have great scheduling options.
